Clause 1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between pjko ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). pjko is a secure and reliable online gaming platform that provides an entertaining experience for players in Bangladesh.

These Terms cover pjko's website, mobile version, and all other services. By accessing or using the platform, you fully agree to the following terms.

• The most recently published version of these Terms shall be in effect at all times.
• We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated Terms.
• These Terms have been prepared in Bengali and that version shall be considered the definitive one.

Clause 2 Account Registration and Personal Information

To open an account with pjko, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate cancellation of your account.

• Each person may operate only one account. Maintaining multiple accounts or creating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. You may not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• It is the member's responsibility to update their account information promptly whenever any details change.
• For verification purposes, we may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documents at any time, and members are required to provide them.

Clause 3 Age Verification and Eligibility

pjko is for individuals aged 21 and over only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
• If false age information is provided, the account will be immediately cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that their minor children cannot access this platform.
• If we suspect that a member is underage, that account will be suspended immediately.

Clause 4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Transactions on pjko are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is usually completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method registered on the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• If deposited funds have not been used in at least one bet, there may be a delay in processing the withdrawal.
• If a duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical error, we reserve the right to return those funds.

Clause 5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pjko offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. If you accept a bonus, you must meet the conditions below.

• Bonus example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 — total ৳26,000.
• Wagering requirement: 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• The bonus applies only to the first deposit after registration and can be received once per person.
• Bonus funds may not be used to take advantage of other promotions unless separately stated.
• Positive expected value strategies (such as arbitrage betting) do not apply when using bonuses.
• If unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse are detected, pjko reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• VIP program benefits and cashback terms will be communicated separately and will also be subject to these Terms.

Clause 6 Betting Rules and Game Regulations

All sports betting and casino games on pjko are conducted in accordance with set rules. Specific rules apply to each game or bet, which are displayed in the game interface.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or round is left incomplete due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be cancelled and the stake will be returned.
• Any unusual gains arising from a technical error or incorrect odds in our system will result in that bet being considered void.
• For sports betting, all matches and events are presented on the basis of general information; no guarantee of any outcome is given.
• For in-play betting, odds may change due to network delays.

Clause 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pjko platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of associated funds.

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to access another member's account without permission.
• Systematically abusing bonuses (bonus hunting, arbitrage).
• Using false, fraudulent, or fake identity information on the platform.
• Knowingly exploiting any bug or technical error in the system — if such an error is found, it must be reported to support immediately.
• Collusion or conspiring with other players to influence game outcomes in your favor.

Clause 8 Account Suspension, Closure, and Refunds

pjko reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly if we believe the Terms have been violated or an attempt at fraud has been made.

• Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned after verification is completed.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, any earned bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited.
• Members may also voluntarily close their account — to do so, they must contact the support team.
• Processing an account closure request may take up to 3 business days.

Clause 9 Privacy and Data Protection

The way your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. That policy applies equally alongside these Terms.

• pjko uses SSL encryption to keep all data secure.
• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be provided to authorities upon request due to legal obligations.
• Documents submitted for identity verification are stored securely and are not used beyond what is necessary.

Clause 10 Limitation of Liability

pjko is an entertainment platform. There is a possibility of financial loss in all types of betting and gaming. By participating on this platform, you acknowledge that:

• There is no guarantee that gaming will always result in a profit.
• pjko will not be held responsible for any losses.
• pjko is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
• pjko is not directly liable for any software-related issues from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.).
• pjko's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the actual amount of funds in your account.

Clause 11 Responsible Gaming
